Unit RepaintingPaint Guidelines - Overview The HOA Board of Directors is pleased to announce fresh guidelines for homeowners to paint their units. These guidelines are intended to optimize personalization while maintaining a consistent look throughout our community. Many homeowners have expressed an interest in painting their units and we want to encourage these efforts as much as possible while maintaining a unified appearance. The Board has worked carefully with painting professionals to choose colors that are complementary to the landscape, will cover the existing paint as efficiently as possible, and are coordinates with all 13 door colors. Homeowners shall choose 1 of the 8 options for main body color and 1 of the 13 options for their preferred door color. (see right) To insure a cohesive look, all trim (framing around doors, around windows, etc...) and dividing walls between units must be the same color SW7005 Pure White. Date for Completion The Board expects all homeowners to paint their units according to these guidelines by May 1, 2024. If paint has already been purchased which does not fall within these guidelines, please let us know immediately via the Contact Us page. Recommended Vendors To assist in this process, the Board has created a list of recommended vendors for services like pressure washing, roofing, painting, repair services and more which are posted on the "Links & Resources" page. These are vendors who have been used and recommended by Village Square residents. Please let us know of additional vendors we can add to the list. 60% Discount Voucher The Board has arranged for a significant discount-- roughly 60%-- on these colors at the closest Sherwin-Williams location (400 Capital Circle SE) for Village Square homeowners only.
