Unit RepaintingThe HOA Board of Directors is pleased to announce fresh guidelines for homeowners to paint their units. These guidelines are intended to optimize personalization while maintaining a consistent look throughout our community.
Many homeowners have expressed an interest in painting their units and we want to encourage these efforts as much as possible while maintaining a unified appearance. Homeowners may choose 1 of the 8 options for main body color and 1 of the 13 options for their preferred door color. (see right) To insure a cohesive look, all trim (borders around doors, around windows...) and dividing walls between units must be the same color SW7005 Pure White. The Board expects all homeowners to paint their units by May 1, 2024. If paint has already been purchased, please let us know immediately so we can ensure guideline compliance for the benefit of all residents. The Board has arranged for a significant discount on these colors at the closest Sherwin-Williams location (400 Capital Circle SE) for Village Square Residents only. The Board has worked carefully with painting professionals to choose colors that are complementary to the landscape, will cover the existing paint as efficiently and inexpensively as possible, and are coordinates with all 13 door colors. To assist in this process, the Board is compiling a list of recommended vendors for services like pressure washing, roofing, painting, handyman services and more which will be posted online soon.
